Order
By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by this Terms & Conditions.
You may place an order to purchase a Products advertised for sale on the site by following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, after acceptance of the payment. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
Payment
The products and services presented on the site are payable to the order.
We currently accept online payments with a number of credit cards using PayPal secure server payment gateway. The current credit cards we accept include:
MasterCard, Visa, American Express
Price
The Product prices you find on the website of Aloepassion are all taxes included but without delivery costs, the delivery cost will be supported by the customer.
The price of any Products will be as quoted on the Site. Despite our best efforts, a small number of products offered for sale on the site maybe priced incorrectly. Where possible we will allow these orders to be processed however, where it is not viable, we reserve the right to cancel these orders.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Availability and delivery
Conditions:
Deliveries are made only in France and neighbouring countries. Delivery costs are charged to the customer and vary depending on the type of order. The delivery cost will be confirmed before the payment process is completed.
Customs
When ordering goods from Aloepassion for delivery outside France you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery and shipping
The period usually observed for the treatment of your order is from 24 to 48h. Your order will be sent by post within 8 to 10 working days. Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses
Aloepassion is not responsible for the postage delay if there is one and Aloepassion won’t cancel or refund the order. Delivery could take a few more days outside France.
Availability:
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are always in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of supply.
In case of unavailability of the product ordered, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will be able to cancel the order. The customer will then have the option of requesting either a refund of amounts already paid at the latest within 30 days of payment or exchange with a same product characteristics and price.
Aloepassion reserve them the right to cancel any order in any time and refund the amount already paid. The unavailability of the product can not engage the responsibility of Aloepassion and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
Transfer of risk:
The Products ordered will become your responsibility and, except in relation to Products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you on: delivery of the Products to you; or us receiving full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s) -, (including delivery charges) whichever is the later.
Cancellation and return policy
If you wish to cancel your order:
- you can notify us by email to ??????????? Before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
- where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause below.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 8 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred upper will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been used, open or the packaging has been unsealed. The shipping cost will be pay by the customer
Updates
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, these terms and any policies. You will subject to the Terms that were applicable at the time you placed your order, unless any changes are required to be made by Law or Government Authority. If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition
